Data we collect

• Booking: full name, phone, email, and any notes you provide.
• Technical cookies (always on, no consent required): preferences such as language, admin login state and storing your cookie choices. No profiling or marketing cookies.
• Technical data: IP address and request logs, kept only as long as strictly needed for security.

Cookies and third-party content

On your first visit we ask for consent via a banner. You can accept, reject or customize your choices, and change them anytime via the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page.

• Necessary: essential technical cookies, always on.
• External content (Google Maps): the map on the contact section is provided by Google and is loaded only with your consent; until you consent, no request is made to Google. Google may set its own cookies and process data under its own policy.

Purposes

Data is used only to manage your booking (confirmation, reminders, contact if needed) and to meet legal obligations.

Legal basis

Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) to manage your appointment; legitimate interest for service security.

Your personal area

You can access a private area showing your appointments and past treatments. There are two ways in, both without a password: the personal link we send you on WhatsApp, or a link requested to your email (valid 30 minutes, single use). We store no passwords. The session stays valid on your phone for 90 days and renews as you use it; you can sign out at any time. If you lose your phone, ask us to regenerate your personal link: the old one stops working immediately.

Waiting list

If you ask to be notified when a spot frees up, we keep your name, phone, optional email, the treatment requested and the period you indicated. They are used only to contact you if that spot opens: we don't add you to any newsletter and we don't use them for anything else. The request expires on its own once the period has passed, and you can ask to be removed from the list at any time.

Retention

Booking data is kept up to 24 months after your last appointment, unless different legal obligations apply. Waiting-list requests are deleted within 3 months after the indicated period ends.

• Supabase (database).
• Vercel (site hosting).
• Resend (transactional email).
