Frequently asked questions
The questions we get asked most often, answered plainly.
- How long does gel polish last?
- Usually 3 weeks, often longer. It depends on how fast your nails grow and how much you use your hands with water and detergents.
- Does nail extension hurt?
- No. We don't file deep into the natural nail and we don't use harsh products. If your nails are fragile we say so and adapt the technique.
- Can it be done on very short or bitten nails?
- Yes — it's one of the most common reasons clients come. Extensions rebuild the shape while the natural nail grows protected underneath.
- How often do I need a refill?
- Every 3 to 4 weeks. Waiting too long can lift the gel and make the next appointment longer and more expensive.
- How much time should I allow?
- From 45 minutes for gel polish to 90 for a full extension. The exact duration is shown on each treatment and before you confirm your booking.
- How do I pay?
- In the salon, at the end of your appointment. No online payment and no deposit required to book.
- Can I cancel or reschedule?
- Yes, free of charge and on your own up to 3 hours before. Your confirmation email contains a personal link to do it, no phone call needed. Please still let us know as soon as you can — ideally 24 hours ahead.
- What if I'm late?
- Call us: if there's room we'll wait. Over 15 minutes we may need to shorten the treatment or reschedule if another client follows.
- Should I remove old polish before coming?
- No need, we take care of removal. If your current set was done elsewhere, mention it when booking so we allow the right time.
- Do you do toes as well?
- Yes, gel polish for feet. You'll find it among the treatments you can book online.
